Bacon wrapped fried meat balls recipe details
Ingredients
2 slice(s) | toast |
1 | onion, finely chopped |
500 g | beef mince |
16 slice(s) | bacon, thin cut |
1 | egg |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
2 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
Soak the bread in water. Mix together the minced meat, onion, egg and the squeezed out toasts. Season with salt and pepper. Form to 16 meat balls. Wrap each meat ball with a slice of bacon.In a pan, heat the oil. Fry the meat balls until crispy and golden brown all around.
Serve with fresh salad or thread onto toothpicks for a party buffet.
