Ingredients
Serves: 2- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces sliced cooked turkey breast
- 1 (12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained, cut into strips
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins1. Spread mustard on tortillas. Then arrange avocado, turkey, and red pepper on top of each tortilla.
2. Roll up and slice to serve.
