Ingredients

350 g	mushrooms, sliced
	salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 large slices	turkey breast fillet
150 g	cream cheese
50 g	f rozen spinach, thawed
4 slice(s)	streaky bacon
2 tbsp	oil
100 ml	white wine, dry
200 g	single cream
200 ml	vegetable stock

Instructions

Season the meat slices with salt and pepper and spread with the cream cheese. Top with the spinach and the bacon. Roll up and secure with tooth picks.

In a large pan heat the oil. Fry the turkey olives until golden brown all around. Transfer into a casserole dish. Add the mushrooms into the pan and stir-fry for some minutes. Deglaze with the cream, wine and the stock. Bring to a boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Pour the sauce into the casserole. Bake in the preheated oven at 140°C for 20 minutes.

Serve with rice or ribbon noodles.
