Ingredients

4	avocados, peeled, stoned, sliced
	For the Dressing:
60 ml	mayonnaise
6 tbsp	grapefruit juice
1 small	garlic, crushed
1 ¼ tsp	cumin, ground
1 tsp	mixed herbs, dried
	salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

For the dressing, combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
