Ingredients
1 large | avocado, peeled, pitted |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
juice of 1 lemon | |
60 ml | sour cream |
1 | cucumber, chopped |
1 tbsp | fresh cilantro, chopped |
1 tbsp | fresh mint, chopped |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine the avocado, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice and sour cream in a blender and process until smooth.Season with cilantro, mint, salt and pepper, and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
