Avocado Tzatziki recipe
|1 large||avocado, peeled, pitted|
|2 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|juice of 1 lemon|
|60 ml||sour cream|
|1 tbsp||fresh cilantro, chopped|
|1 tbsp||fresh mint, chopped|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Combine the avocado, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice and sour cream in a blender and process until smooth.
Season with cilantro, mint, salt and pepper, and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
