Avocado buttermilk dressing recipe details
Ingredients
1 large | ripe avocado, peeled, seeded and cubed |
160 ml | buttermilk |
3 tbsp | onions, finely chopped or grated |
60 ml | sour cream |
3 tbsp | fresh lime juice |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tsp | fresh dill, minced |
1 tsp | garlic, minced |
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the seasoning if needed.Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use. This dressing can be made up to 4 hours in advance.
