Avocado and shrimp salad recipe details
Ingredients
3 large | avocados |
500 g | cooked shrimp |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
5 tsp | dry mustard |
1 small | clove garlic, crushed |
3 tbsp | vinegar |
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste | |
lemon wedges for decoration | |
lettuce leaves for decoration |
Instructions
Halve the avocados and remove seeds.Combine olive oil, dry mustard, garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper and beat well. Mix dressing with the shrimp and spoon onto avocados.
Place portions on lettuce leaves and serve with lemon wedges.
