Serves: 6- 8 tomatillos, outer shell removed
- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 5 mins1. Bring a pot of water to boil over high heat. Add shelled tomatillos and boil until they soften, about 5 minutes. Drain.
