Aunt vera's southern pecan pie recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 pie shell
- 1 cup pecans
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup (Karo)
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 4 Tablespoons flour
Place pie shell in a glass pie pan and spread pecans over bottom. Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, butter, and flour; mix and pour over pecans. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees, then 30 minutes at 250 degrees or until top is brown.
