Audrey parkey's hot chicken or turkey casserole recipe details
Perfect for leftover turkey, or chicken from one of those store-bought rotisserie chickens pulled apart. Cubed chicken breast would work as well.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 2 cups shredded chicken or turkey
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups diced celery
- 1 medium white or yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, diced
- 1 (4 ounce) can water chestnuts, diced
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 (5 ounce) can La Choy(R) Chinese noodles
Preparation method
Prep: 50 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Mix mayonnaise and cream of chicken soup together.
2. Add veggies, cheese, and chicken.
3. Transfer to casserole dish.
4. Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered.
5. The last 10 minutes, cover with Chinese noodles.
6. Enjoy! Serve alone or with white rice.
