Au gratin stuffed tomatoes recipe details
Ingredients
4 | firm tomatoes |
4 slice(s) | ham |
2 tsp | mustard |
1 | onion |
some | parsley, chopped |
4 tsp | breadcrumbs |
4 tsp | freshly grated Cheddar cheese |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.Scoop out the pips and most of the pulp of the tomatoes.
Mix the pulp with the finely chopped boiled ham and season with mustard. Mix in the onions, parsley and the breadcrumbs.
Stuff the tomatoes with the mixture, sprinkle some grated cheese on top and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
