Au gratin pork medallions recipe

Au Gratin Pork Medallions recipe

Ingredients

1 tbsp vegetable oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper
12 small pork fillet medallions
6 tbsp freshly grated Cheddar cheese
4  tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 sprig(s) marjoram, chopped


Instructions

Season the meat with salt and pepper. In a pan heat the oil. Add the meat and fry over high heat on both sides for a minute. Transfer the meat into a shallow casserole dish and divide the marjoram and tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with the cheese.

Bake under the hot grill until the cheese has melted and is golden. Serve with ribbon noodles.
