Au Gratin Pork Medallions recipe

|1 tbsp||vegetable oil|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|12 small||pork fillet medallions|
|6 tbsp||freshly grated Cheddar cheese|
|4||tomatoes, peeled and chopped|
|2 sprig(s)||marjoram, chopped|
Season the meat with salt and pepper. In a pan heat the oil. Add the meat and fry over high heat on both sides for a minute. Transfer the meat into a shallow casserole dish and divide the marjoram and tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake under the hot grill until the cheese has melted and is golden. Serve with ribbon noodles.
