Au gratin mango recipe details
Ingredients
1 | ripe mango, peeled and diced |
2 tbsp | lime juice |
1 | egg |
5 tbsp | whipping cream |
icing sugar | |
1 tbsp | sugar |
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the mango pulp and lime juice.Whisk the egg with the sugar until frothy. Whisk in the cream.
Preheat the oven to 150°C. Divide the mango pulp into 4 ramekins. Pour over the cream sauce. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
Serve dusted with icing sugar.
