Au gratin cream cheese with grapes recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | grapes, seedless, halved, |
3 | eggs, separated |
3 tbsp | sugar |
3 tbsp | cream cheese |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
1 pinch(es) | grated lemon peel |
1 tbsp | slivered almonds |
To garnish: | |
1 sprig(s) | mint |
Instructions
Divide the grapes on dessert plates. Toast the almonds in a dry pan until golden. Whisk the egg whites with half of the sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff.Whisk the egg yolks with the remaining sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Whisk in the cream cheese and the lemon peel. Carefully fold in the beaten egg white and 2/3 of the almonds.
Divide the mixture on top of the grapes. Preheat the grill of your oven. Place the plates into the oven and bake for 1-2 minutes or until golden.
Serve garnished with mint leaves and the remaining almonds.
