Au gratin brussels sprouts recipe details
Ingredients
750 g | brussels sprouts, outer leaves removed |
250 g | Parmesan cheese |
1 tbsp | butter |
200 ml | Hollandaise sauce |
salt and pepper | |
ground nutmeg |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190°C.In a saucepan, bring salted water to a boil. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook over medium heat for 8 minutes. Drain.
Sprinkle a buttered casserole with 1/3 of the grated cheese. Add the Brussels sprouts and season with salt, nutmeg and pepper. Pour over the Hollandaise sauce. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is slightly golden.
