Ingredients

500 g	white asparagus, peeled
500 g	green asparagus, woody ends removed
	salt and pepper
200 g	ham, diced
1 bunch(es)	parsley, chopped
125 g	yoghurt
150 g	crème fraîche
180 g	cheese, grated
1 tbsp	hazelnuts, chopped
1 tbsp	sunflower oil
some	butter

Instructions

Cook the white asparagus in salted water for 7 minutes. Add the green asparagus and cook for 8 more minutes, until tender.

Preheat the oven to 225°C.

In a bowl, mix together half of the cheese with the yoghurt, crème fraîche, parsley, hazelnuts and sunflower oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Place the asparagus in a buttered shallow casserole dish and sprinkle with the ham. Divide the sauce on top and dredge with the remaining cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with new potatoes.
