Asparagus with tart dressing recipe details

180 ml | mayonnaise |
60 ml | red wine vinegar |

1 tbsp | dry mustard |

For the topping: | |
1 medium | egg, hard-boiled, grated |
Instructions
Steam asparagus spears until tender, 8-10 minutes. Drain.Blend all dressing ingredients until smooth. Pour over asparagus and grate egg over dressing.
