Asparagus roll ups recipe details
Ingredients
18 | asparagus spears |
18 slice(s) | white bread, crusts removed |
2 tbsp | French Dressing |
120 ml | mayonnaise |
4 tbsp | butter, melted |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
toothpicks |
Instructions
Spread each slice of bread with mayonnaise. Place one asparagus spear on bread and season each with salt and pepper and a few drops of French dressing.Roll up the bread into a roll. Secure rolls with toothpicks.
To serve place rolls on a lightly greased baking sheet and brush with melted butter. Broil until lightly browned.
