Ingredients

8 stalks asparagus, woody ends removed
some salt and pepper
200 g cream cheese
3 tbsp mild mustard
4 slice(s) toast, roasted
4 slice(s) turkey breast, cooked

Instructions

Cook the asparagus in salted water until done, but still a bit firm to the bite.

Mix together the cream cheese and the mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Spread the toasts with the cream cheese. Roll every two asparagus stalks into one turkey breast slice and top the toasts with the turkey breast rolls.
