Ingredients

10 sprig(s)	asparagus
4	mushrooms, sliced
50 g	butter
120 ml	Chablis wine
2 tbsp	double cream

Instructions

Melt butter in a saucepan and add mushrooms. Stir for 30 seconds. Add the wine and asparagus.

Cover and steam for about 5-10 minutes. Remove asparagus.

Bring sauce to the boil and boil quickly for 2 minutes. Reduce heat and add cream. Stir to blend. Return asparagus to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes over low heat.
