Asian style pasta recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | spaghetti |
1 tbsp | butter |
200 g | salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces |
200 ml | single cream |
½ tsp | ground nutmeg |
2 medium | egg yolks |
100 g | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
1 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 tsp | turmeric |
1 small | jalapeno chili, finely chopped |
1 tbsp | cilantro, finely chopped |
3 tbsp | cashew nuts, chopped |
½ tsp | salt |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.In a saucepan melt the butter. Add the salmon and cook for a minute. Stir in the single cream, egg yolks, soy sauce, turmeric, nutmeg, chili, cilantro and the cashew nuts and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss to coat for a minute.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
