Ingredients
2 tbsp | peanut oil |
3 | jalapeno peppers |
2 clove(s) | garlic |
100 ml | coconut milk |
2 tbsp | peanut butter |
2 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 tbsp | lime juice |
2 tsp | sesame oil |
1 tsp | honey |
1 tsp | red hot pepper sauce |
Instructions
In a pan, heat the peanut oil and sauté chili peppers and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the coconut milk, peanut butter, sesame oil and honey and bring to a simmer.Season to taste with soy sauce, lime juice and hot pepper sauce. Take from the heat and transfer into a serving bowl.
