Ingredients
150 g | carrot |
150 g | courgette |
3 | bell peppers, red, green and yellow |
100 g | mushrooms |
150 g | onion |
3 tbsp | vegetable oil |
soy sauce, to taste | |
pepper, to taste | |
oyster sauce, to taste | |
rice wine, to taste |
Instructions
Slice or dice all the vegetables.Heat oil in a large pan or a wok and fry the vegetables for a few minutes until done, but still a bit firm to the bite. Season to taste with soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine and pepper.
Serve with rice, preferably Basmati.
