Asia Style Sweet and Sour Beef Stir Fry recipe

Ingredients
400 g | sirloin steak, cut into stripes |
2 | red bell peppers, cut into bite-sized pieces |
2 | spring onions, sliced |
1 | piece of ginger, grated |
¼ bunch(es) | cilantro, chopped |
7 tbsp | sweet and sour Asia sauce |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
2 tbsp | oil |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
150 ml | vegetable stock |
Instructions
In a large pan, heat the oil. Stir-fry the meat over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt. Take out of the pan and set aside.
Add the bell peppers, onions, ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the sauce and the stock. Bring to a boil. Return the meat together with the developed juices and stir in the cilantro. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately with cooked rice.
