Ingredients

400 g	sirloin steak, cut into stripes
2	red bell peppers, cut into bite-sized pieces
2	spring onions, sliced
1	piece of ginger, grated
¼ bunch(es)	cilantro, chopped
7 tbsp	sweet and sour Asia sauce
1 clove(s)	garlic, minced
2 tbsp	oil
	salt and freshly ground black pepper
150 ml	vegetable stock

Instructions

In a large pan, heat the oil. Stir-fry the meat over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt. Take out of the pan and set aside.

Add the bell peppers, onions, ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the sauce and the stock. Bring to a boil. Return the meat together with the developed juices and stir in the cilantro. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve immediately with cooked rice.
