Asia Style Sweet and Sour Beef Stir Fry recipe

|400 g||sirloin steak, cut into stripes|
|2||red bell peppers, cut into bite-sized pieces|
|2||spring onions, sliced|
|1||piece of ginger, grated|
|¼ bunch(es)||cilantro, chopped|
|7 tbsp||sweet and sour Asia sauce|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|150 ml||vegetable stock|
In a large pan, heat the oil. Stir-fry the meat over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt. Take out of the pan and set aside.
Add the bell peppers, onions, ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the sauce and the stock. Bring to a boil. Return the meat together with the developed juices and stir in the cilantro. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately with cooked rice.
