Asia style spaghetti salad recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | spaghetti |
2 stalks | leek, sliced |
6 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 tsp | curry powder |
1 tsp | Chinese herbs |
6 tbsp | oil |
1 tbsp | teriyaki sauce |
1 dash(es) | chili powder |
1 | carrot, sliced |
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain.Place the sliced leek and carrot in a bowl and cover with the hot spaghetti. Allow to stand for 10 minutes, then add the spices, herbs, oil and sauces and toss.
Allow to cool in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours before serving.
