Ingredients
200 g | arugula leaves |
60 g | walnuts |
60 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
120 ml | olive oil |
6 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
Instructions
Toast the nuts in a pan over medium heat until lightly brown. Combine the arugula, roasted walnuts and minced garlic in a blender. Add some olive oil and process until smooth.
Remove the mixture from the processor and put into a bowl. Stir in the Parmesan cheese.
