Ingredients

120 ml | olive oil |
1 clove(s) | garlic |
50 g | pine nuts |
60 g | Pecorino cheese, grated |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Place all ingredients except cheese in a blender and process until smooth.Transfer mixture to a small bowl and stir in the cheese. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
