Apricot orange jam details
- Ingredients:
- 8 cups apricots
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 packages orange Jellogelatin (85 g)
Grind apricots in a blender to a fine consistency. In a large pot, cook the apricots and sugar for 20 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat and add gelatin; stir well to dissolve. Pour into sterile jars. Cover at once with tight lids to seal. Let set in a cool place.
