Ingredients
200 g | brambles |
200 g | seedless green grapes |
5 medium | eggs |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
350 g | flour |
1 pack(s) | baking powder |
175 ml | orange lemonade |
1 large can(s) | apricots |
400 g | cream cheese |
500 g | curd cheese |
1 | lemon, juice and grated peel |
200 g | whipping cream |
480 g | sugar |
60 ml | oil |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 150°C.Beat the eggs into a bowl. Stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and the baking powder and mix until well combined. Stir in the lemonade and the oil. Pour the batter into a buttered baking tray. Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool.
Mix together the cream cheese and curd cheese, 175g of sugar, lemon juice and lemon peel. Whip the cream until stiff and fold the whipped cream in the curd cheese mixture. Spread the cake base with the mixture. Divide the apricot halves on top and fill the spaces in between with grapes and brambles. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
