Applebake with granola and yogurt recipe details
- Ingredients
- 8 medium apples, peeled, cored, sliced into 1/2-inch bits
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup granola cereal
- 1 carton vanilla yogurt
Put apple bits and water in a covered 2-quart microwave dish. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir, return to microwave, cook another 2 minutes on high.
Combine sugar and spices, fold into apples. Microwave on high 1 minute.
