Apple sauce for pork roast recipe details
Ingredients
450 g | cooking apples, peeled, cored and diced |
1 tbsp | water |
2 tsp | lemon juice |
1 tbsp | sherry vinegar |
30 g | sugar |
25 g | butter |
salt |
Instructions
In a pan combine the apples with butter, vinegar, lemon juice and the water. Season with sugar and salt. Steam the apples until soft. Mash with a fork and adjust the seasoning.Preparation time:
