Apple puff pancakes recipe details
- Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 medium apples, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix eggs, flour, milk, and salt together. Divide butter amongst six individual 5-inch pans. Place in oven until butter is melted. Place sliced apples on the bottom of the pans. Pour batter over the top and sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake 25 minutes.
