Ingredients
100 g | sugar |
200 g | butter, soft |
300 g | flour |
750 g | apple mash |

Instructions
Mix together the butter and the sugar until creamy. Sift in the flour.Preheat oven to 180°C.
Pour 3/4 of the dough into a buttered cake form. Spread with the apple mash.
Form crumbles out of the remaining dough. Sprinkle the apple mash with the crumbles.
Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden browned.
