|200 g||butter, soft|
|750 g||apple mash|
Mix together the butter and the sugar until creamy. Sift in the flour.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Pour 3/4 of the dough into a buttered cake form. Spread with the apple mash.
Form crumbles out of the remaining dough. Sprinkle the apple mash with the crumbles.
Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden browned.
