Ingredients

500 ml apple juice
2 tbsp cornstarch
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
200 g granulated sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
115 g butter

Instructions

Combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg in a saucepan. Mix well and stir in apple juice and lemon juice. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Boil for one minute, then blend in butter.

Serve warm over apple pancakes.
