Apple juice sorbet recipe details

Ingredients
340 ml | apple juice |
500 ml | water |
4 tbsp | lemon juice |
115 g | corn syrup |
Instructions
1. In a blender, combine add the apple juice, water, lemon juice, and corn syrup. Process until smooth.2. Pour chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
3. As per freezing the “Apple Juice Sorbet” – we recommend to freeze it for 4 to 6 hours. You might want to check on your sorbet every hour or so. Once it begins to freeze around the edges you are good to go.
How to serve the sorbet:
Remove from freezer and scoop out a scoop. Use food processor to blend it and process it until completely smooth!
