Ingredients
4 | apples, peeled, cored and sliced |
2 tbsp | lemon jucie |
2 tbsp | water |
1 | egg white |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
4 tbsp | porridge oats |
2 tsp | honey |
2 tbsp | apple juice |
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine the apples with lemon juice and water. Cook over low heat until soft. Purée and allow to cool.Whisk the egg white and the vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold in 2 tbsp of the apple sauce.
In a small pan, roast the porridge oats. Stir in the honey and the apple juice. Allow to cool.
Pour the apple sauce into 4 cocktail glasses. Top up with the foamy egg white mixture and the roasted oats. Serve immediately.
