Apple cranberry walnut pudding recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 cup apples, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups bread or cake crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon orange zest
- 2 eggs
Mix ingredients together. Divide among 4 greased custard cups. Place in pan of boiling water, to the middle of the custard cups. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 for 1-1/2 hours. Cool and remove from dishes. Reheat and serve.
