Ingredients
1 large | orange |
2.8 l | apple cider |
900 ml | apricot nectar |
120 ml | fresh lemon juice |
6 stick(s) | cinnamon |
whole cloves |
Instructions
Cut holes into the orange and insert cloves. Bake the orange in an oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Remove the orange and puncture it in several places with a fork.Place the orange and the remaining ingredients in a large pot. Cover, and bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
Transfer to a heat-proof punch bowl. Remove the orange and cinnamon sticks or leave to float as decoration.
Serve in large mugs.
