Ingredients
For the Base: | |
250 g | soft butter |
100 g | sugar |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
3 drop(s) | oil of bitter almonds |
5 | eggs |
250 g | flour |
1 packet(s) | baking powder |
100 ml | milk |
75 g | chopped almonds |
3 tbsp | chopped pistachios |
75 g | ground hazelnuts |
75 g | raisins |
For the topping: | |
200 g | single cream |
200 g | sour cream |
1 glass(es) | apple sauce, chunky, approx. 360g |
3 tbsp | sugar |
To garnish: | |
chopped pistachios | |
chopped almonds |
Instructions
Stir the butter until soft and smooth. Trickle in the sugar and the salt while stirring and add the oil of bitter almonds. Stir the eggs, one at a time. Sieve in the flour and the baking powder and fold in, little by little adding the milk. Finally fold in the almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios and the raisins.Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Evenly divide the dough on a greased baking tray (30*40 cm) and flatten. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes.
Transfer the baking tray on a wire rack and allow the base to cool.
Whisk the single cream until stiff. In another bowl, mix the apple sauce with the sour cream and the sugar, then fold in the whipped cream. Evenly divide the cream mixture on the cold base.
Sprinkle with the pistachios and almonds and serve immediately, cut into slices.
