Ingredients
4 | anchovies, chopped |
1 small | onion, chopped |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tbsp | basil, chopped |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
some | fresh lemon juice, to taste |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
sugar, to taste |
Instructions
In a small bowl mix together the first six ingredients until well combined. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice.Serve with fish, poultry or cold beef or veal.
