Anchovy garlic dip recipe details
Ingredients
100 g | olives, black, pitted |
100 g | capers, small |
100 g | tuna, in oil, drained |
12 | anchovies, washed, drained, minced |
450 ml | olive oil, extra-virgin |
1 tsp | Dijon mustard |
1 tbsp | basil, fresh, chopped |
3 clove(s) | garlic, peeled, minced |
1 tsp | thyme, fresh, minced |
1 leaf | laurel, minced |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a mortar grind together the olives, capers, anchovies, tuna and garlic. Add the mustard, herbs, spices and olive oil, and beat thouroughly until you have a smooth paste.Fine on toastet french bread (baguette) or with pasta.
