Ingredients

500 g	mascarpone
150 g	sugar
4 cl	Amaretto
100 g	chocolate, grated
100 g	Amaretti cookies, or a different sort of cookies
300 ml	whipping cream

Instructions

Mix together the mascarpone, sugar and Amaretto.

Crumble the cookiesand and add chocolate and cookies to the mascarpone.

Whip the cream until stiff and also fold into the mascarpone.

Spread a loaf pan with clingfilm. Pour in the cream and cover with clingfillm. Put into the freezer for about 12 hours.

Serve with fruits. I prefer raspberries.
