100 g | almonds |
1 glass(es) | green olives, pitted |
wine vinegar | |
mixed herbs, chopped | |
olive oil | |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Blanch the almonds, then drain and remove the skin. Roast the almonds in a dry pan until golden, then set aside and allow to cool completely.In a bowl, mix the almonds with the olives. Season to taste with vinegar, oil, herbs, salt and pepper and toss gently. Serve in small bowls.
