Ingredients
125 g | butter |
100 g | sugar |
3 medium | eggs |
175 g | flour |
½ pack(s) | baking powder |
80 g | almonds, grated |
1 tbsp | rum |
½ pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
1 tbsp | sparkling water |
butter for the waffle iron | |
icing sugar |
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar and butter until smooth. Sift in the baking powder and the flour. Mix in the almonds, water, rum and vanilla sugar. Stir until well combined.Pour spoonfuls of the dough onto a buttered waffle iron. Bake the waffles until golden.
To serve, dust with icing sugar.
