|4 tbsp||caster sugar|
|125 ml||whipping cream, whipped|
|4 tbsp||strawberry syrup|
|50 g||chocolate flakes|
Mash half of the strawberries and add sugar to it. Dice the rest of the strawberries.
Whip the cream. Mix the mascarpone with the strawberry mash and add the whipped cream. Stir it very gently.
Mix the water with the syrup (to make the taste a little bit stronger, you can add 2 tbsp of strawberry liqueur). Dip the ladyfingers in the syrup and place them in a dish. Pour some of the mascarpone/strawberry mix on top. Put again dipped ladyfingers on top, etc. until you have 2 or 3 layers. Always finish with mascarpone.
With the back of a spoon smooth the surface, cover it with foil and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Arrange the strawberry slices on top of the mascarpone. Decorate it with the chocolate flakes and serve.
