Ingredients
200 g | single cream |
200 g | sugar |
300 g | almond slivers, roasted |
200 g | honey |
To serve with: | |
whipped cream |
Instructions
In a saucepan combine all ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the consistency is viscous and the mixture is well combined.
Pour into a springform pan and allow to cool completely.
When set, remove from the springform pan and cut into pieces.
Serve with whipped cream.
