Ingredients
300 g | dried almonds |
300 g | powdered sugar |
150 g | granulated sugar |
60 ml | corn syrup |
240 ml | water |
Instructions
Combine the water, sugar, and corn syrup in a saucepan. Bring it to a quick boil whilst stirring constantly. When all ingredients are combined well, turn off the heat and let the paste cool.Place the almonds in a blender and process them to a fine powder. Add the powdered sugar into the blender and with the blender running, slowly add the sugar syrup until the mixture forms a paste.
