Almond coated basa recipe details
Ingredients1. 2 basa fillets
2. 1/2 cup ground almonds
3. 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
4. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
5. 1/2 tsp black pepper
6. 1/2 cup flour
7. 1/4 cup buttermilk
8. 2 eggs
9. 1 tbsp dried parsley
10. Cooking oil
Method of preparation
1. Take the ground almonds in a bowl and add Parmesan cheese and spices. Mix these well.
2. Beat egg with buttermilk in another bowl. Coat the fish with flour and dip fish fillets in egg mixture. Then apply almond mixture on fish.
3. Heat oil in large frying pan. Fry the fish in the oil till the fish flakes easily with a fork.
