Almond Butter Biscuits recipe

|200 g||almond paste|
|400 g||powdered sugar|
|500 g||cake flour|
Heat oven to 180°C. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In large bowl, combine almond paste and sugar and beat well. Gradually add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Add butter and flour and mix until smooth.
Using a pipe with a star tip, pipe stars onto paper-lined cookie sheet. Alternatively form into little balls.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until edges are light brown and centres are set. Take care not to overbake.
