Ingredients
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup chopped green onions
4 mushrooms, chopped
2 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup chopped chicken, ham, or turkey
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 can (10-1/2 ounces) of cream of celery soup
1/2 cup half & half
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Dash of garlic powder
Instructions:

Brush inside of pie shell with small amount of beaten egg. Prick bottom and sides of shell with fork. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool. Reduce heat to 375 degrees. In a saucepan, saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Add meat and Parmesan. Spread into pie shell. Combine eggs with remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour over meat mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

Serves: 6.
